ABOUT US
The HOPS name is synonymous with the recruitment, migration, and supply of seasonal workers to employers in the UK from across the world. Founded in 1989 by the National Federation of Young Farmers Clubs (NFYFC) HOPS Labour Solutions Ltd has supplied up to 12,000 workers to 300 farms a year.
HOPS continues to provide seasonal and permanent recruitment services to farmers and growers with a particular focus on the job roles which are developing alongside technology.
HOPS AgTech was founded in 2021, under the same ownership as HOPS Labour Solutions Ltd, to give our customers what they really want, solutions to reduce their reliance on labour.
